Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on product and jurisdiction, and may change due to supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, import costs, or market conditions. The price displayed at checkout is the final price payable for the order, excluding applicable shipping charges and customs duties where relevant.

7. Payment

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, the payment information supplied is accurate, and the transaction does not violate any applicable law. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment authorization fails.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Magic Encarta ships within India and internationally where courier services are available.

Typical timelines:

  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • India: 3–5 business days.
  • International: 7–15 business days.

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, regulatory requirements, or events beyond our reasonable control. Magic Encarta shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

9. International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT or GST, brokerage fees, government charges, and clearance fees. Magic Encarta is not responsible for delays, refusals, confiscations, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or local governments.

10. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that release dates are estimates only, manufacturers and logistics providers may cause delays, delivery dates may change without notice, and pre-orders remain active until inventory is received and fulfilled. Pre-order timelines are not guaranteed.

11. No Order Cancellations

All orders placed through Magic Encarta are considered final. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout. Magic Encarta does not offer order cancellations once an order has been placed.

12. Returns

Returns are accepted only for incorrect products shipped by Magic Encarta or verified manufacturing defects. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect selection by the customer, opened products, products damaged due to misuse, or items excluded under these Terms. Approval of any return request remains at the sole discretion of Magic Encarta.

13. Transit Damage

Customers must inspect their package immediately upon delivery. Transit damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include a continuous unboxing video from before opening the package and clear photographs of the packaging and product. Approved claims may receive a replacement product (subject to stock availability) or store credit at Magic Encarta's discretion. Failure to provide required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

14. Refunds

Approved refunds may be issued through the original payment method or store credit. For PayPal transactions, refunds will generally be processed back to the originating PayPal account where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

15. Magic Products

All sales of magic tricks, gimmicks, mentalism products, secret-based effects, instructional materials, and related products are final. No refunds, exchanges, returns, credits, or replacements shall be provided for these products under any circumstances.

16. Digital Products

All digital products are final sale. This includes video tutorials, online courses, downloadable files, PDFs, access codes, and digital instructional content. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be provided for digital products under any circumstances.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on the Magic Encarta website — including logos, product descriptions, graphics, videos, educational materials, blog content, images, and text — is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

18. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to systems, distribute malicious software, misrepresent identity, interfere with website functionality, engage in fraudulent activity, or use proprietary information for unauthorized purposes. Magic Encarta reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Encarta shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, delayed shipments, third-party courier actions, customs-related issues, or website interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Magic Encarta shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, transportation interruptions, cyber incidents, or pandemic-related restrictions.
