You must provide a continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package, clear photographs of the packaging, and clear photographs of the damaged product.

What happens if my transit damage claim is approved?

Approved claims may receive a replacement product (subject to availability) or store credit.

Are cash refunds provided for transit damage?
