Thank you for shopping with Magic Encarta. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, shipped, and delivered within India and internationally.
1. Shipping Coverage
Magic Encarta ships to customers across India and to most international destinations where courier and postal services are available. Certain products, regions, or countries may be restricted due to local regulations, shipping limitations, customs requirements, or carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any location where delivery is not feasible.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed after successful payment verification.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
During product launches, sales, holidays, peak shopping periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer than usual.
3. Shipping Charges
Magic Encarta does not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, package dimensions, shipping method selected, and courier service availability. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and are intended as guidelines only.
Within India
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on delivery location, customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, and government regulations. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Tracking Information
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided whenever available. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided. If tracking information is not received within a reasonable period after dispatch, customers may contact our support team.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier companies may require one or more delivery attempts. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, an incorrect address was provided, delivery is refused, or customs documentation is not completed, the shipment may be returned, delayed, destroyed, or subject to additional charges. Any additional costs arising from failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete. Magic Encarta is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, invalid contact information, or customer-provided errors. Orders cannot be modified once processing has commenced.
8. International Orders
Magic Encarta ships internationally to many destinations around the world. Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, local taxes, and government-imposed charges. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise. Magic Encarta has no control over customs fees and cannot estimate the amount that may be charged by local authorities.
9. Customs Delays
International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or import procedures. Magic Encarta is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border inspections, import regulations, or government agencies. Orders delayed in customs remain the responsibility of the customer.
10. Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay customs charges, fails to complete required import procedures, or abandons the shipment, the package may be returned, destroyed, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier. In such cases, original shipping charges are non-refundable, return shipping fees and carrier fees may be deducted from any applicable credit, and additional charges imposed by the carrier may become the customer's responsibility.
11. Pre-Orders
Magic Encarta offers selected products on a pre-order basis. When purchasing a pre-order item, release dates are estimates only, manufacturer and distributor schedules may change, customs and logistics delays may occur, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, shipment timing may depend on product availability unless otherwise specified. Pre-orders remain active until inventory is received and fulfilled.
12. Split Shipments
Magic Encarta reserves the right to split orders into multiple shipments when necessary due to inventory availability, supplier delays, warehouse logistics, or package size limitations. Additional shipping charges will not be imposed solely because Magic Encarta elects to split an order.
13. Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears lost in transit, customers should contact Magic Encarta promptly. We may initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Resolution may depend upon carrier investigation results, tracking information, delivery confirmation records, and insurance availability. Claims involving lost shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
14. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Transit damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, include a continuous unboxing video beginning before the package is opened, and include clear photographs of the shipping carton and damaged product. Failure to provide the required evidence may result in denial of the claim. Approved claims may receive a replacement product (subject to stock availability) or store credit at Magic Encarta's discretion.
15. Force Majeure
Magic Encarta shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, government actions, supply chain interruptions, pandemics, or cyber incidents. Delivery estimates may be affected by such events.
