Return Policy

How do I return an item purchased on magicencarta? You can conveniently seek refund if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. You can just drop a mail to care@magicencarta.com, mention your order number and reason for return. You can briefly explain the problem and we will get back to you within 72 working hours with a resolution.

All disputes need to be raised within 5 days of receiving the product. Applicable only for products manufactured by MagicEncarta.

What is MAGICENCARTA Buyer Protection?

MAGICENCARTA Buyer Protection seeks to help Buyers who have an issue with a product. Write to us at care@magicencarta.com in case you want to raise a dispute. Magicencarta looks at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair. We hope you understand that the product is not used or tampered in any way/manner and you need to include magicencarta price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product to be eligible.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Products tampered with or missing barcodes or tags or items.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging.
  • No returns for discounted products, SALE products, limited time release products.
  • No returns for digital products/downloads.
  • No returns for products not manufactured by MagicEncarta.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the original magicencarta delivered product. Further, the free gift needs to be returned in part return as well.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be initiated at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity. In case of partial refund, the charges on account of shipping, payment transaction, convenience fee etc. as incurred by us, shall be deducted while initiating your refund.

Return option is not available. What should I do?

Return option will be available only till 5 days post delivery of the product.

When will I get refund for the products that I have returned?

Once the shipment is returned, we check if everything is in order and endeavour to initiate refund immediately and credit will be placed thereafter in 7-10 working days as per bank policies.

Note: Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include magicencarta price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product and should be in sellable condition. If the package received does not match the above requirements, magicencarta holds the right to not make any refunds.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order?

You will have a cancel tab in your order history to initiate cancellation. Cancellation will be initiated only if your order is not shipped.

Please note cancellation will be allowed till the order status is yet to be shipped, once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned back as per returns policy. In case your order is shipped, you will have to wait until the order is delivered and initiate a return request if you still wish to cancel or you may reach us at orders@magicencarta.com

However please note, cancellation can also be initiated by magicencarta in the event we are unable to fulfil an order. In such event customer would be duly informed and a full refund (INCLUDING SHIPPING) would be initiated to the original mode of payment.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, refund will be initiated at the earliest and you will be notified of the same. The money will be transferred back to the original mode of payment. It would further take 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund from our side.
