We want you to be happy. We want you to learn, love, and use every effect you order from us. However, sometimes there is a small chance that an item is defective and needs to be returned.
Customer Support business hours are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm IST. Please note, we do not work weekends, so if you email on a Friday, you're unlikely to get an answer until Monday.
We aim to answer every email within 48 hours, though this may be longer during busy periods (like the Xmas Holidays or big Sale events).
Why We Can't Offer a Refund on Everything
A lot of our products involve secrets that, once learned, can be applied anytime, anywhere. Unlike physical items, such as clothing, where returning them means you can no longer use them, magic tricks are knowledge-based. Once you learn the secret, you can recreate the effect with or without the physical product.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on the majority of items we sell. However, if your item is truly defective, we will be more than happy to replace it. You are protected 100% on that. The only exception is accidental or intentional damage by the end-user/buyer themselves, for which we cannot be liable.
Why We Can't Refund 'Late' Shipments
We do not control shipping companies and their timelines. Therefore, we cannot accept refunds for items that do not arrive on the expected day. We recommend using tracked courier services like DHL or FedEx for faster delivery, especially during busy periods like holidays, but delays are beyond our control.
Other Rules of Returns
- Any refused or unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse will incur a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Packages refused or abandoned in customs and disposed of by that country will not be refunded.
- Magic tricks and downloads are 100% non-returnable and non-refundable due to their nature as secrets.
- The customer is responsible for returned products until they are delivered to our warehouse. We recommend shipping with an insurable carrier and tracking.
- Products damaged through misuse, abuse, or negligence are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Report any damaged products within five (5) days of receipt for consideration of refund or exchange.
Refund Initiated
Once cancellation is initiated, a full refund is processed, subject to deductions for incurred costs such as printing, packing, and shipping.
Delayed Refunds
If you have received confirmation of your refund request but haven't received the refund in your bank account, please be patient as banks may take longer to process refunds. If the refund hasn't processed by the promised date, feel free to contact us for assistance.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not issue refunds for shipping costs or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay customs fees.
