Apart from an online presence do you also have a Retail presence?

No, we are a purely online business.

Do I have to register myself before making a purchase?

While you may enjoy browsing our products, we advise you to register at the time of check out for the first time to enjoy a superior shopping experience every time you visit us. We will also keep you updated on your orders and refunds through email. We will require you to register at checkout.

How do you ship the purchased items? Are there any charges?

At magicencarta, we ensure that our customers receive the purchased products in the finest condition and on time. Depending on your location, all domestic orders generally get delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. For international orders, it takes 10-15 business days. However, it all depends on shipping services where we have no control, so in certain cases, the delivery timelines might get extended. Please see Shipping Policy for more details.

Do you ship the items to an international address?

We ship orders all over the world.

What do I need to do if I have forgotten my password?

To generate a new password, you need to just click on forgot password at the login page post which we will send you an email with a link to generate your new password.

How do you communicate the dispatch and delivery details?

We will keep you informed through Email till your purchase is delivered to you. You can also access the same by logging in your account.

What happens if your courier is unable to deliver the product?

You will need to reach out to the delivery company and check for updates in case they aren’t able to deliver your order. Once the shipment is out from our warehouse, it’s no longer in our hands.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At Magicencarta, we would like to offer you the best shopping experience. We will be happy to gift wrap your purchase as a service gesture.

I seem to have received a damaged item. Who do I inform?

We regret the experience and apologize for the inconvenience. In an unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please email us with an image of the damaged merchandise at care@magicencarta.com. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

I seem to have received an incorrect item. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at care@magicencarta.com or call us on 9820007329 to speak to the Magicencarta executive. We are available from 11 am to 7.00 pm on all 5 days of the week i.e. Monday - Friday.

How can I cancel an order that I placed online?

You may cancel your order by calling us on 9820007329 or send us an email on care@magicencarta.com and we will be happy to assist you. We are available from Mon-Friday 9am-5pm IST. However, an order can be cancelled only before the product(s) has been shipped out of the warehouse, which is generally within 2-4 hours of placing the order.

What are the working hours of your customer service?
